Marcus Dobberstein became self-employed immediately after graduating from high school and financed his studies as a media consultant selling advertising time for various TV and radio stations.
After studying business management, he gained further sales and management experience in the banking sector and founded a successful dialogue marketing company as entrepreneur.
After completing his training and certification as European Business Coach, Marcus Dobberstein has been working exclusively as a trainer, coach and consultant since 2006. Marcus Dobberstein has continuously completed various training courses, including as a trainer and consultant (BDVT), psychodynamic coach (DBVC) and training as an organizational and change management consultant (Klaus Eidenschink).
His core topics today include strategic sales and negotiation as well as the digital transformation of sales organizations.
