Konkurrenz oder Kollege? Die Anstifter und BPI im Interview – Teil 1
Vor kurzem war Alex Schwarz von den „Anstiftern“ bei uns im BPI Headquarter zu Besuch. Ein Austausch unter Kollegen über die Trainingsbranche, neueste Weiterbildungs-Trends und was jeder sich von seinem Gegenüber abgucken möchte.

BPI erweitert seine Räumlichkeiten
Neben vielen neuen Kunden kamen bei BPI in den letzten Monaten auch allerhand neue Projekte und Mitarbeiter hinzu, um neben den klassischen Seminaren auch maßgeschneiderte Angebote für die Weiterbildungstrends der Zukunft zu entwickeln.
Da visionäre Ideen und kreatives Denken Raum brauchen hat BPI nun sein Headquarter vergrößert. Sie finden BPI jetzt über 3 Ebenen am Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 10c, in der Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Wiesbaden.
9. BPI Trainertag in Wiesbaden
Vom 25.1 bis zum 26.1.2019 fand unser alljährlicher BPI-Trainertag statt. Gemeinsam mit unseren Trainerinnen und Trainern haben wir unter anderem auf unser Jubiläumsjahr 2018 zurückgeblickt und die wichtigsten Meilensteine der letzten Monate reflektiert.
Im Zentrum dieses Trainertags stand die Entwicklung von neuen Best-Practice-Lösungen für die kommenden Jahre. Neben den klassischen Seminaren sollen auch die Megatrends der Zukunft „lifelong-learning“, „micro-learning“ und „Gamification“ zentrale Elemente im Weiterbildungsangebot von BPI werden. Hierfür wurden am Wochenende wichtige Weichen gestellt und die Umsetzung konkreter Projekte in die Wege geleitet.
Das Jubiläumsjahr neigt sich dem Ende zu #10YearsBPI
Viele neue Projekte und Konzepte, ein stetig wachsendes Team, spannende neue Kunden und eine große Jubiläumsparty als Highlight unseres 10. Geburtstages. Das ereignisreiche Jubiläumsjahr 2018 ist in den letzten Zügen!
Zehn Jahre Best-Practice-Institute liegen nun hinter uns. Wir sind stolz auf das gemeinsam Erreichte in den letzten Jahren und blicken mit Zuversicht auf die nächsten zehn Jahre bis zum nächsten großen Jubiläum...
In diesem Sinne wünschen wir ein wunderbares Weihnachtsfest, verbunden mit viel Entspannung und einen kraftvollen Start in das neue Jahr 2019!
Neue Homepage für die OPx-Lernspiele
Die BPI Spiele-Zentrale ist endlich online. Unter „http://bpi-training.com“ können Sie sich jetzt jederzeit über unser aktuelles Portfolio von ganztägigen Lernspielen aus der OPx-Reihe informieren. Derzeit finden Sie dort Beschreibungen zu den Spielen „OPN“, „OPQ“ und „OPL“. In Arbeit ist bereits das Spiel zu Verhandlungen mit Monopolisten „OPM“.
Warum heißen die BPI-Lernspiel „OPN“ oder „OPQ“? Irgendwann in der alltäglichen und häufigen Nutzung schleichen sich die Abkürzungen ein. So ist es auch bei BPI und aus dem ursprünglichen und ersten BPI-Lernspiel „Operation Negotiation“ wurde das kürzere „OPN“. Analog wurde aus dem Thema „Operation Quality“ „OPQ“ und „OPL“ steht für „Operation Legal“.

10th BPI Trainerday in Wiesbaden
From January 31st to 01st of February the 10th BPI-Trainerday took place in Wiesbaden. During these two days the review of 2019, outlook on 2020 and improvements in our cooperation were on the agenda.

25-hour race in Wiesbaden
The BPI Team had to face a few short term cancellations and lots of rain during the whole 25 hour race. But thanks to a perfect team effort we achieved a terrific 4th place. #TeamBPI

BPI invests in Mobile Learning project
BPI tries to reinvent lifelong learning. We designed a concept, where everyone can learn lifelong tailormade to his needs interests.
The go live is planned for beginning of 2020 for german users, but we are already diligently working on the English version – stay tuned.

BPI expands its premises
In addition to many new customers, BPI has also added many new projects and employees in recent months in order to develop customized offers for the further training trends of the future in addition to the classic seminars.

9th BPI trainer day in Wiesbaden
Our annual BPI trainer day took place from 25th to 26th Jan 2019. Together with our trainers we looked back on our jubilee year 2018 and reflected on the most important milestones of the last months.
The focus of this trainer day was the development of new best-practice solutions for the coming years. In addition to the classic seminars, the megatrends of the future "lifelong-learning", "micro-learning" and "gamification" are to become central elements in BPI's continuing education offering. To this end, important steps were taken at the weekend and the implementation of concrete projects was initiated.

New Homepage for the OPx Learning Games
The BPI games center is finally online. At "http://bpi-training.com" you can now find out about our current portfolio of all-day learning games from the OPx series at any time. Currently you can find descriptions of the games "OPN", "OPQ" and "OPL" there. The game for negotiations with monopolists "OPM" is already in progress.
Why are the BPI learning games called "OPN" or "OPQ"? At some point in their everyday and frequent use, the abbreviations creep in. This is also the case with BPI and the original and first BPI learning game "Operation Negotiation" became the shorter "OPN".
