The BPI Leadership Academy delivers the mindset and leadership skills urgently needed to succeed—and remain successful. A BPI Leadership Academy always consists of several modules that are individually tailored to address your company’s future challenges.

1. Module: Build Your People – Achieving Collective Success in a Changing Environment
This module focuses on the role of leadership in driving employee development and managing change to successfully guide teams through transformation processes. Participants will learn how to apply agile working methods in practice, enabling them to respond more quickly and effectively to change.
2. Module: Build Your Teams – Achieving Successful Team Interaction
This module focuses on effective communication, both internally and externally. Participants will develop skills in questioning techniques, conversation management, and other communication strategies. They will also learn how to enhance collaboration within teams, supporting a team-oriented approach and strengthening cooperation across the organisation.
3. Module: Leading Change and Growth – Inclusive Leadership
This module focuses on leadership, collaboration, and the techniques required to foster an effective and respectful workplace culture, with a strong emphasis on employee motivation. Participants will learn how to inspire and support their teams, particularly during challenging phases. Leaders will also develop skills in managing and resolving workplace conflicts. Techniques and strategies for conflict resolution will be introduced, practised, and refined.
4. Module: Leading Yourself – Leadership Presence and Impact
This module focuses on developing a confident presence as a leader. Participants will be introduced to various techniques that enhance self-confidence and learn how to assert their position effectively. The module also covers nonverbal communication and personal presentation skills, which are practised extensively. Participants will discover how to inspire and captivate their audience by mastering elements such as voice, breathing, body language, and more.
The program is complemented by individual coaching sessions.
