To achieve the project goals, existing processes and systems were analysed and partially adapted to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations

Interactive workshops and on-site training sessions in Qatar were conducted for procurement staff, focusing on developing specific skills and competencies in commodity management, supplier management and stakeholder management
