Project Objectives:

  • Analyse procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness

  • Implement sustainable improvements in the areas of commodity management, supplier management, and stakeholder management

Project Measures:

  • To achieve the project goals, existing processes and systems were analysed and partially adapted to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations

  • Interactive workshops and on-site training sessions in Qatar were conducted for procurement staff, focusing on developing specific skills and competencies in commodity management, supplier management, and stakeholder management

  • The content was centred around negotiation skills, the development of sustainable supplier relationships, and conflict management
